    Hi

    1. The first step would be creation of the planner profiles using KP34. (this needs to be done in the target systems before the transport of the other objects)

    2. Then create a layout using KP76.

    3. In Kp34 select the profile and double click general controlling.

    4. Then select the planning option that you want.(for ex: Cost ctrs: Cost element/activity inputs)

    5. Then Select this line and double click on Layouts for controlling.

    6. Assign the planning layout created here. Then you can chose the standard file description.

    7. Select the layout and then double click on default parameters.

    8. Enter the details and click on the overview button to maintain the exel laout.

    Points to be considered:

    1. Check on file protection before saving the excel file.

    2. If excel uploads are to be used, use the option Generic file in excel screen to give a generic name. Generic file names should have the * after the file name is entered.

    3. Then click on the save file description and the save excel layout buttons in the same order.

    4. Finally the save button.

Hope this helps. Please do assign points if found useful.

    Thanks and regards,

    Karthik

    1. Create a layout in transaction KP76

    2. Assign the Layout in your Planner Profile

    3. Input default parameters to generate file description

The last two steps can be found in SPRO > Controlling > CCA > Planning > Manual Planning
