Dear experts,

During initial migration there was some error in data quality (accounts, accounts hierarchy, dresses etc.) in test tenant.

Now we have a lot of trash and we don't know how to get rid of them 😞

Please help.

br,

Zoran

Hello Zoran,

Considering that Master Data level of the system needs to be consistent all the time, it is not possible to delete directly this information that was created in the tenant.

On the other hand, we have some possibilities in order to handle this information. One option is to update the data in the system, turning it as invalid or obsolete whithin the UI.

The other option is to request a tenant refresh procedure, where we copy the current state of the productive tenant and replace the current test tenant with the fresh copy of the productive. This will overwrite all the data from your test tenant with your current data from the productive tenant.

In case you need a tenant refresh procedure, I would ask you to open an incident with this request, so we can further assist you.

Let me know if you need any further information, or if this was helpfull to your requirements.

Kind Regards,
