Hi,
We have loaded Product Hierarchies and Categories into Hybris Marketing via CSV and we have made a spelling mistake with one of the Product Hierarchies. We need to change it but see no possibility as there is no maintenance view.
We have not created any transactional data against this Hierarchy, does anyone know if this is possible to change/delete?

Hi Mike,
I hope this question is in with reference to Marketing On-Prem solution and not on Marketing Cloud.
So in case of Spelling Mistake with in the HIERARCHY_ID you cannot change it from UI. You can now change it only via accessing backend table CUAND_PROD_CATEG field HIERARCHY_ID.
If mistake is there in text/description of the Hierarchy then jsut use Import Functionality with right Hierarchy ID and Category ID Combination and it will update the text.

The other option is to evaluate may be invoking a SQLScript procedure that does the update on the table.
