Status profile tables

I experts I am working on Marketing plan user status.

My user profile contains diff status that is "cration,open for budget,approved,closed"

when i am change the status from creation to open fr budget allocation that data is stored in some crm tables.

can u provide the tables where my user status profile data is storing.

it is very urgent requirement,please provide the information to nelakurtir@techmahindra.com

The table for the status is "CRM_JEST"

For customizing table of user status: TJ30, Tj30T

In crm_jest , one transaction maybe have more than one record ,you only need this one which field 'INACT' equal space. that's the current active user status.

Hi Madhu,

Table CRM_JEST contain more than one status ( Object status , user status ) for a particular TXN.

The Field INACT in table crm_jest specifies the status as active or inactive.

When the value is X it means this status is active at one time.

I need some clarification,when my user status profile has three statuses 1)created2)approved3)released

when i change my status form created to approved,from approved to released, the data should store in some table .Could u tell me which table and which field.

Hi Madhu,

The data will be stored in CRM_JEST table. and it will have all those status(Created/approved/released) that you stored. But the last status stored by you will have this INACT field SPACE for example in your case released.

Once again this is Madhu,

I have the requirement ,that is I have created one user profile and attached in the Marketing planner but system also has its own status profile.

I would like to link these two profiles.

Please help me how to handle this.

Hi,

We can get the status of the object,how many times it has been changed and what is the system staus,user status for the particular object is stores in the Table CRM_JCDS.
