Dear Gurus,

We have requirement to fetch different prices based on different vendors in Service Order Creation from IW32. Since record is required to retrieve from two condition table:

1. One is based on service activities

2. Second is based on Vendor Region, where specific region of vendors would be charged different price as region would be maintained in vendor master data.

Other vendors would be charged based on activities number only.

Now, while retrieval of price system showing following message:

And showing price from unwanted condition record as shown below:

Price 34500 is successfully able to fetch when user call it from update price or carry out new pricing. Now we want that the updated price should be fetched automatically at the first instance rather than manually.

Are the screenshots from IW32? If yes, then you should change your tag to Plant Maintenance, it they are from ME21N then make Materials Management your primary tag. Why you have chosen Master data service on premise has to be explained by you, as I do not see any relation (see here the explanation of it:

Got your point and done

unfortunately not correct, Rapid Marts are about KPIs see here:

Plant Maintenance: bad actors, life time performance, maintenance hours, planning efficiency, material consumption, damage analysis, downtime, MTBR and MTTR.

Your tag has to be: PLM Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/Plant Maintenance (PM), right the first which shows up when typing Plant m... as you can see:

Updated it accordingly but I would urge you to educate me that how can we figure it out that which domain is linked with which business process as I remained bit confuse since this update in SAP website has been done.

However, the bottom line is How can one get expertise that a tag or domain is related to that business process and it would have such functionalities?

How one can be moderator or such sophisticated legacy batches? How long one should have been experienced for it or which type of practices should be involved in routine?

Looking forward for your comprehensive response.

There is no real easy way to know the right tag, sometimes you only get to the right by exclusion of the wrong tags.

If you find one that has words that you do not know then use Google or YouTube, that was what I did some months ago to know what Rapid Marts are. SAP did unfortunately not bother about explaining the tags, alleged they correspond to their internal product and function names.

Read my blog to know my opinion on tags and some tips that help you further:
