Archiving Activities

Hi All,

I am looking to archive activities from the CRM system.

I am using the object CRM_ACT_ON and then running the Pre-processing check followed by the write program but no data is being archived.

I know the Header status of the transaction must be complete and I have set up the residence time.

Is it posssible to run the archiving for bespoke transactions?

Am I missing out on any step of the archiving process.?
