Creating forwarding agreement quotation from CRM opportunity

Dear All,

I am trying to create a FAWQ (forwarding agreement quotation) from CRM opportunity.

I have activated the SFW5 functions (Telco_TRP Scenario) CRM_TM_1 & O2A and configured the TM opportunity integration in CRM.

I have also setup the CRM->TM integration.

But When I try to create a FWAQ as a follow up from CRM opportunity , I am not getting an option to select the FWAQ type document (on clicking the create follow up button on CRM opportunity)

Can you please let me know what could be the issue? Is my expectation correct that FWAQ should be available as a follow transaction type or it should be some action based on status of the opportunity.
