crystal report 9 of my visual basic 6 project is not working in windows 8.1 operating system

My project is in visual basic 6 and crystal report 9, and used ms access as database.

i have installed this project is windows 8.1 pro operating system,
there is no problems in running forms but whenever i click to open reports it crashed.
Reports are not opening at all,though my other projects in same platform running smoothly in windows 8.1 pro operating system.
i need immediate help to solve this problem.

CR 9 has been out of support for 10+ years and so has VS 6. And the RDC is end of life, time to upgrade to .NET

Neither of which are Windows 8.1 aware, time to upgrade to VS 2010 or above and CR for VS .NET

Likely missing a dependency, use Debugdiag to see if it helps or use Process Monitor on the working and non-working PC's and compare the runtime.
