Hello All,

We are experiencing an issue with a regular Personas transaction button that is tied to a standard transaction. It is only occurring on two of our flavors. When we click the button the three dots appear to show that is working then disappear and nothing happens. I can execute the same t-code via a script or command line and the T-codes screen appears. I have delete the control and recreated it with no success. My screen is 100% zoom. I can create the same button on a new flavor or another flavor and it will work.

As for the F4 search help, we are having an issue with one of our flavors where the search help does not pop up. However, the same f4 search help on another flavor works perfectly fine. I have also deleted this control and recreated it with no success. We are currently on SP04 Kernel 749 PL 2014. Most of the issues that were like this were found back in SP01 and SP02. Any assistance or guidance is appreciated.

Thanks

Ryan

To get this to work I actually had to compress and delete history of the flavor.

The transaction button not working issue makes me suspect that the system may not be up-to-date, i.e. required notes are missing. There used to be one that fixed the same problem.

Run the Notes Checker in the Personas Health Check and implement any note that is not marked with a green traffic light, then re-test the issues.

Hi Thomas,

We are on the latest greatest kernel and patch. After some messing around I found that executing the Compress and Undo history corrected my issue on the one flavor that was not working. Thank you.
