i am still trying to set up the bounce management in an CRM 4. SIE enviroment. As i compared the configuration between 4 SIE and 5.0 i noticed that there is a table missing and so i am unable to do an assignment. The name of the table in CRM 5.0 is: CRMC_ER_SM_PDET. Based on my comparison this table seems to be the only difference between both systems and it seems that this content is responsible for finding the right service manager profile.
Can anybody verify that? Any ideas how to fix that?
