Hi Andreea,

A JV environment is when your company is using the Joint Venture Module (mostly use by Oil coys). However, if your company is not using the Joint Venture Module, then

    1. Execute transaction code S_ALR_87013603 to see the state of the two ledgers. This would show any differences between them.

    2. Next Execute transaction code KALC to carry out reconciliation posting between the FI & CO ledgers.

    3. Finally, execute transaction code S_ALR_87013603 again just to confirm that the differences are no longer in existence.

    I hope the above helps.

Do not forget to award the points please.

    Regards,

    Jacob

    Hi Andreea,

Use transaction code KALC if you are in a non-JV environment and GJ97 if you are in a JV environment. Also, use transaction code S_ALR_87013603 to view the state of the FI and CO ledgers before and after KALC.

    I hope the above helps.

Do not forget to award the points please.

    Regards,

    Jacob
