Batch number in Goods Issue

Our company inventory stuff who creates Goods Issue can't check inventory, so I need to create an approval process when people submitting the Goods Issue. And I need to add a query for the approval process.

This query will check the item batch if it was allocated or committed.

Could you tell me which field in the table OIGE indicated the item batch number?

Or Sap b1 has other methods to fulfill this function?

Hi,

Approval process does not work on row level. You can try with transaction notification.

Check IBT1 table, there you can find all the batch movement. BaseType 60 indicates oInventoryGenExit (Goods issue)
