Getting Payload Message Error in HCI.

Hi Guys,

I am getting a Payload Error like I mentioned below. Actually, I am changing the incoming data(from Map target fields) to a custom format by using Content Modifier(Used header to assign a name to the target element and gave custom structure in the body to modify the incoming data) to get the response from the vendor system as per the requirement. And I am sending data to the system through Soap link(Soap 1.x) and I have given all the required credentials. Still, I am getting a Payload message error. So, I have tried in Boomi and Boomerang with that structure and I got the response, but I am unable to get the response in HCI. I need to get the response in HCI.

Error:
Message processing failed.

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The PayLoad elements cannot fit with the message parts of the BindingOperation. Please check the BindingOperation and PayLoadMessage.

If anyone knows how to solve this issue, please respond and thanks for your concern and help in advance.

    • Hi,

I doing the same scenario in CPI (new version of HCI) and I am getting the same error message reg. payload.

I followed your approach of removing the soap headers and body. Just added the operation name and the parameters. If there is no namespace mentioned in the soap request (mentioned in content modifier), then the request is actually sent to the server and the server is returning an error.

If the namespace is mentioned in the request, then CPI returns the payload error.
