I never faced such a messy cache issues in the J2EE world than in SAP Gateway. Is there any better solution to manage these caches. FLP cache, SAPUI5 Cache , oData Cache, ECC Cache.. we are running so many programs to clear the cache and we wrote a dedicated program and scheduling to clear the cache every day still this is not working for us.

There are 100s of programs /reports in the gateway on cache.. any direct solution for the cache issue?

  1. /IWBEP/R_MGW_CLEANUP_MD_CACHE Cleanup specific Model Cache
  2. /IWBEP/R_MGW_MED_CACHE_CLEANUP Cleanup of Model Cache
  3. /IWFND/R_MED_CACHE_CLEANUP Cleanup of Model Cache
  4. /UI2/CACHE_STATS_TOP Include
  5. /UI2/CACHE_STATS_TOP
  6. /UI2/CHIP_SYNCHRONIZE_CACHE Synchronize Catalog Cache
  7. /UI2/DELETE_CACHE Delete entity set from cache
  8. /UI2/DELETE_CACHE_AFTER_IMP Delete complete cache after impor
  9. /UI2/INVALIDATE_CLIENT_CACHES
  10. /UI2/INVALIDATE_GLOBAL_CACHES UI2 Global Caches Invalidation
  11. /UI5/RESET_CACHEBUSTER Reset Cache Buster for Application Resources /UI5/SAPLCACHE_BUSTER Cache Buster related
  12. /UI5/UPDATE_CACHEBUSTER Update Cache Buster for SAPUI5 Application Resources
