Hi Sriram,

If it is a recurring schedule then choose the recurring schedule job in the history of the report and click more actions>reschedule and then "replace" and select "

Replace existing schedule" option and click on schedule again. If it takes effect well and good if not then you have to delete the existing schedule and then create a new one.

Hi Mandar ,

Replace existing schedule wont help for my questions , By using that option, just we can change the schedule time , parameter value ,destination or whatever it is available under schedule .

Report wont get refresh . My issue is , after scheduled the report , if i did any changes in source path of the report , how to make affect in CMC folder path .

there is no need to schedule them again, unless you added any new prompts.

Sap Businessobjects BI Platform 4.1 support pack 2 .

Looks like it might be bug. As long as there is no changes to report CUID, it should work. Try option, reschedule for one schedule, see if it works. If it works, I would suggest open a ticket with SAP support for further investigation.

Generally, it should work without a reschedule if you make any changes to the source report. We have seen in older versions like 3.1, this issue.

Are you sure did you pick the correct report only while scheduling? Can you run the crystal report from Launchpad and check if you see the changes.

After making changes to the crystal report, did you publish it to BI platform. if you just made the changes and saved It in local, it will update the report in CMC.

installing both machines, it does not mean that, you saving it to platform. Can you lay out your steps what you are doing with the report? So we know what exactly you are doing.

I have designed a report and saved in " D:Production_Report " Folder . After that i scheduled report in cmc . In CMC under folder option , i have created a Folder "Live" Right click "Add" -> local document and mapped file from a local server which placed under " D:Production_Report " Folder . Report scheduled on Daily basis . After completion of scheduling , i got few requirements to add 2 more fields in report .

Now i am updating report in source path (D:Production_Report Folder) , but its not reflecting in CMC . just i am receiving mail without changes .
