Capacity Requirement planning in sap pm

While running the process through which includes capacity requirement planning although my work centre is fully occupied (In fact exceeds the available capacity also) i can able to release the order and system is now showing any error message. Is there any separate configuration to be done to achieve this requirement.

Have a look at transaction OIOI (Define Inspection Control in SPRO) and ensure you have values set in the Capacity Avallability section.

Also check the Planning Details section in the work centre on the Capacity Header screen (IR02).

PM01 and i activated capacity check box in control key settings also

What operation control key are you using in the order operations?
