S/4 HANA: Migration of historic data + from non SAP-systems

HI there,

I understand there are 3 'Move to S/4 HANA' scenarios:

1. New Implementation / Greenfield using SAP Data Services RDS

2. System Conversion using SUM

3. Landscape Transformation by SLO-team

Question 1:
If I want to take with to S4 also historic data in FI (settled invoices) as well as historic orders, quotations, etc.: is this also prossible in a Greenfield implementation (scenario 1)?

Question 2:

If I have beside a SAP ECC also data from a Non-SAP system to be moved to S4: Is then Scenario 1 with SAP Data Services the right (ony) option?

Could it also be possible to move our SAP ECC with scenario 2 (System Conversion) first and then in an extra step migrate the data from the Non-SAP system by SAP Data Services into S4?

Hope, that someone can make things more clear to me.
