SAP is Back end is Erp and Front end is CRM where as ERP deals with Internal affairs of the company and CRM deals wqith External affairs of the company like customer satidfaction and better service to customers and it deals with Pre sales
Marketing) Sales, Post Sales ( Service), but where as out look is only a mailing system through which you can do maximum e -marketing, e- service, e- sales
if it is used indipendently but we can synchronise out look with crm server which in turn give us all the functions like crm if it is intigrated with SAP CRM, SAP CRM is havi9ng 4 front end channels CIC, Internet, F2F,Mobile , where as Out look is only one of them comes under Internet service, internet marketing e- sales
channel if u still have doubts you can mail on <removed by SAP Community Network Moderator>
Hope Outlook can Process the data as SAPCRM does.
