PO PRINT ISSUE......

Hi All,

My client wants that if in one PO there are 10 pages to be print then out of 10 only 0ne 0r two pages should only print as per there selection .

I s there any way through which i can get PO print of single page out of 10 pages through ME9F .Just like normal printout we take in word document we have facility to take selected page printout in the same way i need to take print of PO IN sap.

Kindly give me the solution ......

You Can convert the PO into PDF using this program RSTXPDFT4.

Hi,

Is there any other way through which i can convert PO print to PDF without giving the parameter spool request through pgm RSTXPDFT4.In this case through spool request company logo will not come in the PDF format. I want that is there any other way trough which i should give the PO number and output type and PO should convert into PDF file.

Your brilliant ideas are most welcome...kindly throw some light to resolve my issue.

Hi Amit,

If logo is visible in print preview / display message and it is not getting printed, it is the development issue.

Ask you your developer to check the form related to your output.

Hi Madhu,

Let me tell you that when i take PO print directly presing trial print out then in that case i get printed for all 10 pages with company logo also. But when i take print out as per suggestion then i am not getting my company logo and also font size is also very small it is covering all the first page print in almost 25 % in A4 size paper.

Path which i am following is as under : ME9F...PO no; ...execute..then select PO no and press display message button and in then i am able to view PO along my company logo ..then i click goto button and list display and then press print button and giving the page selection ...i hope this is the path which u gave to me...

Hello Amit,

Check if the logo will print when you fax the PO. For printing you may have to load letterhead paper in your printer.

Hi Amit,

After you display the message from message list (ME9F), go to print dialog.

In print dialog you can give your page selection as per wish.

for pages: 1-4,5,8-10.

This will print the pages:1,2,3,4,5,8,9,10.

I have tried to take print as per your instruction and successfully able to take print out as per selection page ,but the only problem is that i am not able to take the print out of our company logo which is in the page which i have for print selection.

How can I eliminate the extra page after the totals that print out when I print the PO in SAP through ME9F.?

I have total 10 pages in one PO and I need that out of 10 pages i am able to print only selected pages only not all.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Amit,

in ME9F, after you get the list, choose the 'Display Message' option for particular line item.

After you get message displayed, Choose the Print option. then you can give your page selection for print out.
