Logo not appearing in BSP application after upgrade

Hi,

The logo is missing from the logon page (called via a custom class) of a standalone BSP application after upgrade to ECC 6.0 EhP7 SP12. The src of logo image refers to path 'images/logo1.png' which means images is a subfolder within mimes of the referred BSP application - zapp (hierarchy checked in SE80).The image area is now appearing with a cross. In system that is sparred the upgrade, the logo is appearing fine.

If the direct URL is modified to call sub-directories (eg. http://yourhostname.com:port/sap/bc/bsp/sap/zapp/images/logo1.png) then it defaults to http://yourhostname.com:port/sap/bc/bsp/sap/zapp/images/default.htm . However link works fine for old system.

What could be the possible cause for this redirection issue occurring after the upgrade ? Any missing basis configuration ?

Any help on why navigation to images or sub folder within BSP application is causing redirection to default.htm always ?
