SAP B1 Client doesn't connect

Dear Experts,

We are using SAP B1 9.0 PL14 and we are facing the below issue.

When we are trying to connect to SAP B1 Client on server, receive the message "Fail to connect System Landscape Directory (SLD). Contact your system administrator". We have already checked

  • local machine in conf folder
  • SLD control Panel is accessible
  • Firewall off
  • Antivirus off

On the other hand, all SAP B1 clients, from users pc can connect.

Could you please advice?

    Hi Alexandros, have you checked SAP Note 2352940 - Troubleshooting SLD and License Server Issues?

    Hi,

    Check and uninstall latest Windows Security update and then try. Please note, before any changes, take manual backup all your databases.
