Questions regarding tennants and S-users on SAP CAL??

Hi!

I have two questions:

1) When I log on to SAP CAL with my S-user from one SAP-customer, I get into one tennant

https://cal.sap.com/console/tenant_0D105Qxxxxxx#.

In this tennant in the "Users" menu I can see for users: me and one more colleague from the one customer, but the also tow "pending" users I work with from another SAP customer, where I have another S-user (I am a consultant supporting two customers). I am not aware of that I have shared the link to this tennant from customer one with the two colleagues at the other customer... :-o... Is there any other way they might have become pending users on this tennant?

2) Last week, another S-user from the one customer loged on to CAL (obviously into another tennant) and created an account for Azure (classic)

https://cal.sap.com/console/tenant_W3NPPLxxxxxx#/accounts/48xxx

I requested access with my S-user from the one customer and got accepted and assigned as owner.

In the other tennant mentioned above in 1) I have an AWS-account. Why am I not seeing both accounts (tennants) with their accounts after logging in to SAP Cal? I seem to get by default logged into the first tennant..?!

Hello Ingo,

The SAP CAL tenants are fully isolated from each other. Consequently you can't see accounts created in other tenants.

If you open SAP CAL without the tenant ID in the URL, when you login you will be automatically redirected to the tenant of the logged user. If you want to login the tenant of another user, you'll have to add the corresponding tenabt ID to the URL. In this case https://cal.sap.com/console/tenant_W3NPPLxxxxxx

Best regards,

Stanimir
