jump target transport issue

Hi,

I have 2 queries & a jump from one to another .

It is workifng fine in BWD -but when i transported to BWQ -the transports are RC= 0 , i can see the 2 queires & the RRI

but the RRI is nto working in BWQ - i am not able to jump from one query to another.

Any idea what i need to check & correct ??

Honestly, there is no straight answer or reason for the non working of jumps. In most of the cases the RRI jump targets are system independent and have to be maintained separately in D/Q/P. Transporting the jumps never worked for me, there are no other ways of correcting or checking this.

You are better off creating the jumps in the respective systems to avoid time loss.

Pls check the settings of RRI, whether Sender and Receiver Assignment is correct in the BWQ- RRI (Transaction RSBBS).

i have already transported from BWD to BWQ & the RRI object is available but i am nto able to do the jump -so any idea what i might be missing .

Did you check if the assignments are proper in RSBBS in BWQ ?

As Pradip has pointed out, do you see the RRI settings in BWQ? if so, are you getting any error msg when trying to jump? Or you simply dont see the option to jump?

i am not able to see the jump -no error msg but the objects do exists in BWQ as in BWD.

check if the goto feature has been disables in the context menu for BWQ - check in the BeX toolbar for context menu properties..

In BWQ Using Tcode RSBBS check what setting is there for this jump target.

If you have missed something in transport then include it and re-transport.
