IC Webclient Messaging Service Unable to Connect to Server

My system is giving me the above mentioned error before going into the initial IC page. When I then get into the page, the page has an error that reads

When I then click "Identify Account", it produces accounts, it says no contact persons found. What information should be produced. Some pages just produce errors.

SAP support suggested to check the following notes:

827958 - Javascript Errors in IC WebClient, Messaging does not work

828884 - SAM (Simple ABAP messaging)

Go to sicf and activate the messaging services,like the three sevices starting from sam_----.

I did not get to see any services starting with sam_, instead it actually seems all the services in sicf are all activeated.How can I proceed?
