Hi All,

I'm running into an issue with the calculation on the measure object with where condition.

Country and Code are defined as Dimensions and whereas the Value is defined as the measure in the universe.

Here is the sample date -

Country Code Value

CAN BN 11234

FRN B 88898

GER B 7897676

UK B 45676

US B 1234345

US BN 678987

I want show only the measure value where code = B. I have used the below formula to

=[Value]Where([Code]<>"BN") and below is my result set that i get it in the report.

Country Code Value

CAN BN

FRN B 88898

GER B 7897676

UK B 45676

US B 1234345

US BN 1234345

I'm wondering why for the country US and for the codes B and BN the same value of B is repeating. Can someone please help to achieve the correct result.

Correct result should be as below -

Country Code Value

CAN BN

FRN B 88898

GER B 7897676

UK B 45676

US B 1234345

US BN

Thank you.

Create a variable with the below formula:

you will get values only for code="B", for "BN" it will show nothing as you expected.

=If [Code]="B" Then [Value]

Mahesh
