Modify the Dropdown list of Leave Request

Hi,

We are working on mySAP ERP2004 ECC5.0,EP6.0 with ESS/MSS.

1.Do we have the Overtime scenario in Portal?

2.At present,In the "Working time" Workset, we have the Leave Request, an employee can select different type of leave Request, by selecting one of it from the dropdown list.

We want to implement the Overtime scenario(option), here in the list of dropdown , where the employee can select the Overtime option from the dropdown list and send an request to his manager.. same as a employee requests for a leave..

My doudt is whether we can do this customization thru NWDS or by changing the things in R/3 end, henceforth , be able to get Overtime option in the drop down list at the Portal end.
