CHARACTERISTIC_CREATE Idoc not creating values

I am trying to create a characteristic with values. In LSMW, using Object BUS1088, idoc has successfully generated and processed. Characteristic is created with Description

but without values though Characteristics value segment is also populated.

your screenshot does not show in which segment you have which value.

Based on the shown fields and the order of segments I would assume that you missed values in the segment E1BPCHARACTVALUESCHAR

I have populated the segment as below, but still unable to update Char_Value.

Please advise if I am missing somthing.

I should have updated the values in E1BPCHARACTVALUESNUM, because DATA Type is NUM.

Maintained value in this segment and I am successfully able to create Chararcteristic with values.
