Migration path SAP R/3 4.5B to SAP ERP 2005

Hi

I need to suggest a migration path from SAP R/3 4.5B to SAP ERP 2005

Currently

SAP R/3 4.5B

running in server Tru64 UNIX®

need to go to my SAP ERP 2005
running in HP-UX 11i V2
with Oracle 10g

Also ru64 UNIX®[ is not supported in my SAP ERP 2005

The issue is that 4.5B is not supported under 11iV2. so we cannot do a simple OS /DB Migration. Can any one suggest the migration path
