we have maintained ESI for an employee and it is been deducted till March month, whereas we run the payroll for april'17 the same is not being deducted. Pls. suggest.
I have found the issue, i'ts because when i pass an action in PA40, the amount is getting calculated and meanwhile if i pass the action i am getting LOP days in my payslip and no change in my calculations.
First of the all thanks for your kind response, as i already mentioned in my comment that if i pass few actions like confirmation on probation/ fine action (which is an customised action for our company) that amount is not getting deducted, if i delete the same action and if i run the payroll i can able to see the deduction appearing.
