Empty PDF file when downloaded from AL11 after system upgrade

Hi Experts

Our system has been upgraded from SAP_APPL 605 patch level 0005 to 0013. After this upgrade we are getting Empty pdf files when downloaded from AL11. Kindly help me.

We are converting smart form spool to PDF using CONVERT_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF fm. and placed in application sever in binary format.

We go to the file in AL11, select List->Save/Send->File and give file name as Test.PDF
