Hello Friends
Two weeks ago i had an incident about an applicationthat generated many gateway connections and it reached the limit. I had manyproblems because the users couldn’t logged in the application.
I was investigating and i found out that i can createalerts via mail for indicated me when it happened.
Actually i was trying to configure the alerts usingthe CCMS Monitor Template using the transaction RZ20 in Communications
I configured the alert that correspond forCommunications on Gateway.
Actually i can see that alerts appears but i cannotreceive mails. I don’t know if i had configured fine the email parameters(i attach pictures about my configuration)
Please help me with this i don't know why happen this.
