Something wrong with SCN

There was problem today morning and what I saw was not good ....

Any Idea what happen to SCN SAP authenticationuser profile service?

Error : We are sorry, but the SAP authentication and user profile service is unavailable at the present time.

When I click on my Account settings it took me to someone else profile...

I like to know what happened there????

I have sent an internal email to Oliver and a DM to Gabriella. I will share the link to this discussion thread as well, but I have been informed that the team is working on solving the profile related side effect bug you are experiencing when login issues are happening. Ideally both aspects will be resolved fully :)

Hi,

It was due to a caching issue, in reality you weren't logged in to another account and could not save any changes in regards to that account. The team fixed the issue, therefore even if SCI is down, this problem should not arise again on the Profile.

Hi,

Last week i have faced with same problem. I clicked my profile and re-directed to another SAP person's profile.

I hope it is not a security gap...

As per SAP....

Identity Authentication, accounts.sap.com] Service Advisory

Between approximately 15:00 and 15:10 UTC on 05 May 2017, customers may have experienced a disruption impacting SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication. Customers may have been unable to authenticate with the SAP ID Service (accounts.sap.com). Authentication with tenants of SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication based in Europe may also have been impacted. Service has been restored.

Isn't that it's down means it's down and not take me to someone else account???
