Dear All

I am in an Implementation Project

We are in Initial BPD Phase

My Client Has Two legal Entities (Company Codes)

I company code have 3 Plants and another company code have 1 plant

Each Plant manufacture manufactures unique products groups (Eg: Gloves, Garments, Finished Leather Sheets

Each Product groups has different style groups (Eg: Gloves: Spotrs, Military, General etc)

Again Each style group has different sub style groups (Eg: Sports Gloves: Golf Gloves, Baseball Gloves, Hand Ball Gloves etc)

Again Each sub Style Group has different sub prodcts (Eg: Golf Gloves: Leather Golf Gloves, Synthetic Golf Gloves, Synthetic mixed leather Golf Gloves)

Now my client want to see at the above sub product level (Leather Golf Gloves, Synthetic Golf Gloves, Synthetic mixed Leather GLove's) Profitability Analysis

Requirement From Client:

1. Need to generate Company code level Trial balance, Profit and Loss account, Balance Sheet

2. Need to generate Plant level Trial balance, Profit and Loss account, Balance Sheet

3. Need to generate Sub Product level level (Leather Golf Gloves, Synthetic Golf Gloves, Synthetic mixed Leather GLove's) Trial balance, Profit and Loss account, Balance Sheet

Hence I Suggested the below Organizational Structure:

1.Two Legal Entities Will be maintained as Company Code's

2.Plants will be maintained as Segments

3.Sub Product level level (Eg: Leather Golf Gloves, Synthetic Golf Gloves, Synthetic mixed Leather GLove's) will be Profit center's

4. Whatever the above hiererchy in regards to Proft center will be considered as Profit center Group

Kindly Provide your comment's regarding the above requirement and scenario

Kinldly provide your suggestion's please
