I’m trying to install SAP Dashboard 4.2 SP2 but the process stop and don't let me continue because the program can't find Microsoft Excel but I'm running Excel 2016 32Bits. My OS is Windows 10.

Office 2016 is supported from Dashboard 4.2 SP3 onwards.
