Transaction iviews can't be access from Internet

Hi SAP,

I had complished the Single Sign on configuration for our R/3 system and Portal.

We can access transaction iviews and the other iviews easily in LAN.

Our Portal server has 2 IP address,

one is LAN IP address(192.168.XX.XX),

another is a WAN IP address(218.249.XXX.XX).

We had pulished "http://portal.keyuanmed.com/irj/portal" with IP address 218.249.XXX.XX .

When I ping “portal.keyuanmed.com” in LAN , it is send information to 192.168.XX.XX,and there is

no byte loss.

When I ping “portal.keyuanmed.com” our of our office, it is send information to 218.249.139.29 ,

and there is no byte loss.

The problem :

When I access transaction iview from Internet(out of our office),

all of transaction iviews can't be display.

The information that IE display is:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

Most likely causes:

.You are not connected to Internet.

.The website is encountering problems.

.There might be a typing error in the address.

But the other iviews can be displayed normally.

What's reason and solution?
