What r the minimum System Requirements for SAP 4.7 Version for 40 users (How much space is needed, RAM, Processor) ie complete Hardware configuraion

The following configuration should suffice

RAM 3GB min... 4 GB should be good

Swap Space 20GB

Processor 2 CPU machine, you can use AMD 64 bit processors or IA64 or even 32 bit processors can be used. 2 CPU will be a minimum requirement

Hard Disk Space will depend upon the way your database is growing. You may start with exclusive 120GB for data apart from the swap space.

Also if you looking out for a some data security then you may consider options like RAID 5 or RAID 0+1.
