R/3 MM /SRM PO's not in SUS

Hi Guru's

We are using SRM 5.0, ECC6.0 with SUS. The SRM and SUS are in same server. We have created PO's for a vendor in EBP as well as in R/3 . We have also created the Vendor employee (Contact Person) with SUS authorization.

However when we login SUS through the vendor employee user id, we are not able see any PO's for further processing!!!

Thanks

Kiran

Hi Kiran,

Are you running SRM & SUS on the same client ?

How did you create the supplier contact ? With the Supplier SUS Admin ?

Normaly, when replicating suppliers from SRM to SUS, this is sending a registration ID to the supplier email. So the admin can initiate its account (will be assigned the role SAP_EC_SUS_ADMIN_VENDOR, and then create contacts for this supplier account.

Christophe,

you mentioned about the case that you do EBP-SUS. How dio you achieve the functionality for MM-SUS. Whn you directly replicate the Vendors in SUS from MM, how do you create the contact person for the vendor?

Hi Sundeep,

There is no difference for the contact creation.

With MM-SUS the vendor is created via ZCREMAS IDOC, instead of an SRM Business Partner export.

Once created via registration ID, the vendor admin can create contacts.

I never tested the creation of SUS vendor contact like we do for SRM vendor contact (for Bid Invitation for example), with "Maintain Business Partner" transaction. So I don't know if it works or not.

Hi

In SUS, Which transaction you are using to look for the PO's created by the vendor ?

Also, check it whethet the user is having necessary autorization role provided with the transactions.

Hope it will help.

Thanks Atul

The user is provided with all the required authorisation. We are checking the PO's in web through vendor logiun ID under link ALL Purchase orders.

Hi

Instead of checking through Web, try out the Userid with SAP GUI.

For time being, Provide the user SAP_ALL so that you can overcome any issues.

May be you will find something with it.
