HCI content modifier passing null value

Hi All,

I have an HCI integration requirement from CRM to C4C .

For replication of tickets from CRM to C4C, manage tickets web service is used in HCI. HCI does mapping between the idoc ZCRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE to manage ticket web service. The idoc generated by CRM, will have BP internal number (i.e. CRM BP numbers) since it does not have C4C ID in any of its identification numbers. Manage tickets web-service will accept only BP internal number ( i.e. C4C BP number). Standard solution is bring the C4C ID also in its identification tab in CRM for BP.

To get corresponding C4C BP id, web service "Query Object Identifier Mapping " is used that the reason multicasting is needed in HCI, which uses join and gather functionality , When i join and gather 2 messages and pass it to C4C webservice message will fail in C4C with error " Message "Messages{http://sap.com/xi/XI/SplitAndMerge}" not supported (interface: "MANAGESERVICEREQUESTIN1" binding key"

To Solve this issue i tried 2 iflows one is using filter after gather , none of them are working as expectedjoin-gather.png.Please help me on this any one of you faced such issues. Or am i missing anything ?

When i use content modifier to capture value from first service , It passes " null" . I am suign udf to get header value .
