ECC6 IDES

Hello all,

I want to install an IDES system at home...

So, after trying 4.6c without result to find IDES, I've downloaded IDES ERP 2005...more than 40 Go...and install it at home...but I've a problem because the install ask me the solution manager key...but I haven't because It's for myself education....

So, does somebody know wich IDES system can I install at home or how to install IDES for ecc6 without key ?

Could you please guide me, what are all I should download to install ECC 6 with portal version on windows operating system for self training purpose?

ALso if possible, please send me step by step installation guide for the same.

Hi,

Solution Manager Key is mandatory for ECC 600 & ECC 500 IDES Installation, you may Install SAP 4.7E (Solution Manager Key is not required).

Solution Manager is also available for free on SAP marketplace, so you may try and install Solution Manager

Hi,

ECC 6 you want solman key in mandatory.

Try to install 4.7EE it won't ask the solman key.if you wany solman key send me your system nam, sid,instance number.

Thank for your help....

You talk about 4.7EE but I don't have it.

I've downloaded My SAP ERP 2005, 2004 to install IDES but the 2005 and 2004 ask me the solution manager key.

I've downloaded R/3 4.6c SR2 but I havn't the IDES DISC and I can't find them...

So now, I'm downloading IDES SAP R3E 4.7x2 sr1...but I don't know if I could install IDES after...

If you can create a key, I install the ERP2004 or 2005 at home, so my system name will be srv2003, SID will be C11 and the instance number will be 00...can you create a key with this ?
