Please help !
- 1.Sales item have two price list: Base price and Rate price. The calculation for the total price is Base price + (Rate*Quantity). In my case, 80% of the customer are using special prices which means both base price and rate price for the same item are different for each customer.
- 2.In my understanding, in order to use special prices for BP we have to set up the standard price for the item first. However, we dont want the system automatically take the price list when there is no special price applied.
- Can anyone please tell me how to set this up in the system?
We need to have all these information on the crystal report.
