    Hi Vimol,

You don't have any iview specificaly design for FAQs, but you have a FAQ sample in the XML Forms. It's based on KM, XML and XSLT and acts as a web content manager.

To learn how to use XML forms go to the How" target="_blank">http://service.sap.com/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=00200797470000073623">How To guides page, under the KM folder.

    cheers,

    Hello,

I don't know whether there is a standard IView or not but in the following thread the user Patricio shows up a possible solution --> Linkhttps://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/thread?threadID=91139">Link>

    Regards,

      Hi Norman,

      Good point.

Patricio showed the basic configuration steps to create an iView based on the FAQ sample that SAP provides via XML forms.

If you want to customize or improve something you should read the how to I wrote before.

      cheers,

      Marcelo
