HU Stock posting to Sample through UD

Hello

Scenario is as follows: Have a 01 type inspection lot with HUs associated with it. The stock is in QI (in HU storage location) and typically, the QI would post couple of cartons (HUs) to the sample (VMENGE03) during UD and rest to unrestricted stock category. The stock posting to sample is not working because of the following error (

Data for creating a delivery is incomplete - loading group - msg id M7 & message no. 279). Config in QM for UD posting proposal VMENGE03 is set to 331 mvt type (QI stock) and in SPRO>Logistics gen > HUM > Basics > MM > Inv Mgmt > Set QM check and del type for each mvt type is not defined for mvt type 331 and similarly, in the same path for QM > mvt type 331 is not maintained.

The requirement is to post HU stock to 'sampling' without any delivery etc. Something similar to posting stock to 'block' from UD (VMENGE04), which works fine without any delivery or errors.

What am I doing wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated.
