SAP ESS address title change issue

Hi Experts,

We are facing an issue in the addresses screenin ESS->Personal Information.

In Addresses iview we have below 3 types of addresses

1) Permanent address

2) Emergency address

3) Mailing address

when user delete permanent address, the address title of mailing address is changing to emergency address. After deleting perm address , now in the screen it is showing 2 emergency addresses(mailing address also showing as emergency address).

Please let me know why is this behavior and what could be the root cause.
