C4C Additional Lead Status

We have leads created at times that the sales team will not work on or they will delegate to a broker. From what I can see in C4C we can either change a lead to one of the below status's.

Accepted

Open

Qualified

Converted

Declined

I have been asked to create a status called - Delegated or Closed which means the lead will not be worked on in C4C any longer as it is a small customer and the broker will take care of (they are not in our system). Am I able to do this? I tried in the Lead Status Configuration however it would not allow me to have a status other than the ones already mentioned.

Hi,

Please add 'Leads' to Project using "Add to Project" button. Once done you should be able to change the Configuration.
