Hi Jillian,
If your Excel is 64 bit then you will need to install the 32 bit drivers from an earlier version of Office.
https://answers.sap.com/questions/114826/crystal-report-enterprise-excel-2016.html?childToView=11502... will tell you where to download the driver and set it up.
The post is for Access but the same is true for Excel.
