adding a check box in scripts

Hello experts,

i got a requirement like to add a check box to the form. is it possible in scripts. if yes can u tell me how can we add a check box in the form(scripts).

    In Page window->Text Eleemnts(F9).

    Just type [].

    You can also use the following in menu bar.

    Insert->Characters->SAP symbols->SYM_CHECKBOX

    But in second method you cannot see checkbox in print preview.Check out whether you are getting it in printer.

    You can also use box command to display checkbox.
