Single Word in Multiple Custom TA_TOKENS

I'm trying to use custom dictionaries on helpdesk requests.

I want to detect both the nature of the request and the software.

Take the line:

'Please change my tableau password'

In my custom dictionary I have these included:

<entity_category name="IS Actions">

<entity_name standard_form="Password Change">

<variant name ="change * password"/>

<variant name ="reset * password"/>

<variant name ="forgot * password"/>



<entity_category name="Software">

<entity_name standard_form="Tableau">

<variant name ="Tableau"/>

<variant name ="tableau"/>



The problem comes that in the TA Analysis table, it doesn't create both desired tokens. i.e I want

TA_TYPE = 'Software', TA_NORMALIZED='Tableau' AND

TA_TYPE='IS Actions', 'TA_NORMALIZED='Password Change'

All I receive in the TA table is the 'Password change' token. I assume because the word can only be used once?
