Upgrade from 2004 SP16 to 2004S causes dependencies to break

Hi,

We just upgraded from NW2004 SP16 to NW2004S SP9 and are getting a

NoClassDefFound Error. The DCs are included as used DCs

and exposed from the original system.

Can anyone advise on how to resolve this?

Additional information, the breakage is occuring during runtime and not design/build time.

There are 2 webdynpro DC/s (assume DC A and DC B). DC A calls some classes in DC B.

I suspect it's due to some configuration setting and the way the DC is exposed and used, however not sure what is the correct setting/options.

Hi Manik,

Can you be more specifc with the info abt for which classes are you getting ClassDefNot Found error.

If they are from Web Dynpro APIs, run the Repair->"Classpath and Project Structure" on each project. The classes will be autoresolved.
