VF05 selection criteria

Hello!

Can somebody please help me add a new field in VF05 selection criteria? I did add KDGRP (SAPMV76A, transaction 7) field in IMG (SD>>Billing>>Lists) but nothing happened.

I also found this information when I searched for answers but I didn't understand it:

Actually the selection criteria for VF05 is much broader than just Payer or Material. For that click on Further Selection Citeria in VF05. If those criteria is still not enough for you, you can additional criteria.

Below is an excerpt from help:

The following structures are relevant for the lists of Sales and Distribution documents:

VBMTV (Lists of Sales Documents)

FAMTV (Lists of Billing Documents)

FAMT2 (Invoice Lists)

These structures contain display fields possible in the standard version for list of sales and distribution documents. If you want to provide an additional field in the lists, you must include the field in the respective structure:

Can some

VBMTVZ (Customer enhancements for lists of sales documents)

FAMTVZ (Customer enhancements for lists of billing documents)

FAMT2Z (Customer enhancements for invoice lists)

So that these fields are supplied with data in the lists, you must include the enhanced field in the respective Include:

V05TZZMO (further document fields for lists of sales documents)

VV05TFZ1 (further address fields for lists of sales documents)

VV05TFZ2 (further status fields for lists of sales documents)

VV05TFZ3 (customer-defined fields for lists of sales documents)

V05XZZMO (further document fields for lists of billing documents)

VV05XFZ1 (further address fields for lists of billing documents)

VV05XFZ2 (further status fields for lists of billing documents)

VV05XFZ3 (customer-individual fields for lists of billing documents)

I would greatly appreciate all help!!!

Thanks!

Olyn

    Hi Olyn,

There is a tab for further selection criteria where you can click and can put some more selections for the desired output.

The enhancements which your are discusing about have to be included in the SAP programs by an ABAPer(technical person).Include means the programs where you have to include the enhancements. All these includes can be found out in t-code SE38.

    Reward points if it helps.

    Regards

    Karan

    Dear Olyn ,

Well you can add a new field in the selection criteria with the help of enhancements. For that you have to take the help of ABAP. You need to tell the technical person the new field in the selection criteria and that can be easily done.

    Hello Olyn,

The field needs to be added to SAPMV65A transaction 7 and not SAPMV76A, transaction 7.

Apart from this check Check OSS Note#485928:.
