I'm not able to find an explanation for the following no. 170228
WIN 12.1.0.2.nP ( n >= 170228 )
Something like this is often used in the SAP oracle database parameter note (1888485).
I don't know what this number 170228 means (any version?) or where to check such a number in the database system. The version no. I see for my database is 12.1.0.2.0 (on a windows system).
Thank's for your help.
Regards,
Roland
Hi Roland,
Such number is bundle patch number to identify the bundle patch in date format.
for example unix :
the number is 170117. Basically it means patch date is 2017.01.17.
The same file in windows is in bundle patch package, you need to dowload the package and see the number.
Best regards,
James
